How do you manage long term relationships with someone over the internet? Do you pay by hour or by project? If by hour how do you keep track of that?
IF you are outsourcing or plan to outsource then never pay by hour. You should always pay on project by project basis. That's what I do and that's what mostly people do who do outsourcing.
Normally i pay by prjoct coz it more saving that by hour.Other than that,it can deter any worker to false claim the working hour.
