Good afternoon, Always a huge fan of DP and all the work and friends I've made on here, so I want to offer this listing here first and give you guys the priority. Basically, I need a wicked good designer to join my team. I have a variety of projects always outstanding and have enough clients to get residual work constantly from them, hence, expansion is a problem and I'm wanting to do that. I have several personal projects with my company that require intensive design skills and I don't have the time to spend on it. Therefore, I need another individual to join my team and help with the additional workflow. I already have a small project in mind to "warm" you up on and it's quite possible I'll take 2-3 applicants for that project (I will pay you all for the project even if you're not selected, I want to see quality and understand that takes time) and then choose the best one to hop on the band wagon. Heres a breakdown of CRITERIA...which kinda means, if you don't have it or don't understand it, eh, don't reply or PM me. Basically, I need to know everything you can do, even if its outside the scope of this and if you can breakdown the number of years and your experience I'd appreciate it. I've been doing this for a decade, so I'll be able to shift through pretty quickly. I'd be prepared to answer a handful of technical questions as well, just trying to find the most qualified person. Criteria: 1) 2+ years with Adobe 2) At least 10 designs under your belt 3) Portfolio of at least 5 different websites, 10 logos, 10 banner/ads 4) Instant Messenger (either YIM or MSN) 5) Able to meet deadlines 6) Be online within a reasonable timeframe of 9:00am-6:00pm EST (you can be a bit flexible, but I need you at least six hours within that timeframe, M-F) 7) Fluent english Recommended: 1) Some coding experience would be preferred, especially if you have experience making designs for Joomla (1.5) and Wordpress, note that for sure, I definitely want to know. 2) Flash experience 3) US-based 4) Phone contact available (I won't use this except for emergencies) 5) HTML/CSS knowledge If you have ANY other experience, tell me, SEO, SEM, Craigslist posting, PHP, ASP, MySQL, CMS (Drupal, Joomla, WP, etc) tell me. If you give me a FULL list of all your requirements, that is awesome, ideally I want a guru with a design emphasis. A few notes, I always pay on time, larger projects you get a down payment as well. The majority of work initially will be headers, logos, some full page designs and PSDs, moving eventually to full on themes. If you're still reading, reply in my PM with the title "Ready to Work" I'd expect at least 10-15 hours per month minimum initially, though that is a low figure, depending on your rate(s) and abilities it will probably increase, the more experience and expertise you have, the more work I can give you. I know that quality comes at a price and I'm more than ready (as is my client base) to pay it. Which means if you're $2 an hour, I don't want to hear from you. On top of that, you have to work hard and fast, deliver on time and stay under budgets I give you.
