Buying Long Term Design Partnership Required

Hi,

I am looking for a long term design partnership. I have projects on varying complexity from one page landers to form submits and full sites. Most will need to be in template format. I only want quality and a reliable designer who can deliver work quickly and without fuss.

Ideally UK based or somewhere in europe for timezones.
