I will need around 5 writers who can accept writing 500-550 word articles for $1 each (Fixed Price), KNOWING that they will be Hired for a LONG PERIOD of time. and here I'm talking about at least 6 months. Payments will be sent every 2 weeks covering the number of finished articles. Of course, I will pay more for articles that have 500+ words. 1$ for a 500 word article ? Say how long does it take for a quality writer to compose that , check it with copyscape and sell it for 1 $? Doesn't make sense at all.
Just to clarify things before you go gung-ho and violent against me - I am posting on this thread because I am very much interested in your blatant attempt to suck the life and blood out of writers living in developing countries who are desperate enough to work for food. Even if these writers live in countries where the cost of living standards is below par with the industrialized nations of the world, $1 for even an original high quality 300+-word article isn't even enough to compensate them for the money they shelled out for good education that presently allows them to create original high quality content! Even if I am indeed living in the Philippines, a country where the minimum wage rates go for $8 for an 8-hour-day, proficient writers basically charge $24/8-hour-day for original quality content that can be produced by researching and writing within an 8-hour-day cycle! these writers wouldn't even consider copy-pasting for you for $1/500+-word article! People need not just feed themselves - they need to feed their children, pay house rent, shoulder bills, provide their kids with good education, clothe the entire family, be merry sometimes, and plan ahead for the future! Wherever you are in the world, you can't live off from $1 for an original high quality 500+-word article. What you aim to do ain't outsourcing - not even close to it-, buddy - it's downright exploitation of labor! One advice: just invest most of your money on an automated content generator.
For $1 you may find people who say they are interested but you will get extremely low quality articles that will not be readable. You will probably get article spinner type stuff. It has been my experience that writers who charge such low rates (actually have never seen any who charge this low of a rate) do not even understand English

You're an insult to DP, we're not your "slaves" and will not work for chumpchange. Almost every writer here is a respected and effective writer who should be offered fair copensation for his/her services.
They don't NEED to understand ANYTHING, sir - after all, they're being paid an amount that comes DANGEROUSLY close to NOT being money! ANYWHERE you are in the world - ANYWHERE - $0.002/word ain't money - it's a numberical value with a bunch of zeros before a positive number and after a dot!

So, in a span of 6 months, each writer would have bought a pair of shoes, a cool pair of sunglasses, and a trendy lighter - they did this all without eating, drinking, smoking, sending their kids to school, going out, and paying the rent, their electrical consumption, their rent, their internet connectivity, etc. - hell yeah, what a life! Just the stuff dreams are made of, buddy!
Hassan731 If you are looking for free work try advertising on Craigs List or in college newspapers where people looking for experience would be willing to write for free or near nothing at $1 per article.
