Hi all DP members, I want a keyword research tool for finding long term keywords for my new website. Please help me if you have any. Thanks in advance !
There are a lot of free and paid SEO tools that you can use for keyword search, some of these are: www.selfseo.com/keyword_suggestion_tool.php, https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal, http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/plugin/freekeywords.xml and http://www.semrush.com/.
Check Google Keyword tool if you are a newbie, dont forget to select EXACT searches or you'll end up buying global broad searches.
Let me explain you myself. When you go a type and KW is Google Keyword tool, you'll see the number of searches in the column. Those numbers are for Broad searches. You need to check the box "Exact Searches" which means the KW is only searched like this [Make Money] Instead of Make Money In the second example, there could be any word after "Make money" for example: Make money online
There are many free keyword tools out there Googles own adwords tool will also give you long term keywords in search
Long tail keywords suggestion tools are Google ad words keywords suggestion tools are most strong full.
seobook tool is also a good and free one. All have to do is a registration. And you may find some good articles there to suggest you how to use these tools. Check it out.
After using the Google Keywords Tool and identifying long tail keywords, do a search for these keywords and use the Related Searches at the bottom of the SERPS page or use the Wonder Wheel to find even more keywords.
Micro Niche Finder is the best paid tool I have found. At a glance it not only shows you the number of searches, but the strength of the competition and availability of domain names.
I am using Niche Finder and it sounds alot like micro niche finder. I'm happy with my tool. But you can easily use googles free tool and get the same results. Just takes a little longer.
The paid version of Wordtracker is more likely to give you even longer-tail keyword phrases. Rarely will you get a four-word phrase from google, but you will from Wordtracker.
