    Hi Friends,

I run a campaign with only long tail keyword in broad match.
its geo targeting to small area only in US.
my all kwds run with good quality score also.
now i plan to add a new adgroup with some core kwds and want some suggestions on that.
can i go with core kwds with exact and phrase match and also create new adtext.

    waiting for prompt suggestions friend?

I always start with a small group of keywords that are 2-3 words long each, on exact match, find which convert, then focus on finding the longer tail keywords and opening up to broad/phrase match.

Yes Saravan ....u can go ahead but it is always advisable to have exact kyds and small list of adgroups when we start a new campaign...so no harm go ahead....

yes saravan you can do that - but I would suggest that as you've got all your phrases in broad match you're probably showing up for those core keywords a lot anyway, and much more besides (much better to have all your KWs in exact and phrase match)

if you have already got good quality score and good results with your long-tail keywords and since you are using broad version, your ad might be showing up for some one or two words keywords that are part of your long-tail keywords.

on the other hand, you can try exact and phrase version of your long-tail keywords in a seperate ad group to see if your click through rate increases more..

I'm not sure how broad of a market you are hitting but you might also want to add negative keywords to the lists (excluded from exact match) so you won't be getting clicks on terms that might not match as well as you'd like.
