Has anyone got any experience split testing between long page sales letter versus standard multi page websites? In your experience, which perform better for selling an e-book?

I'm not looking for pie in the sky opinion, rumours and hearsay. I want to hear from people who have actually tested this.

I have not tested, but I can tell you that the long "hype" sales letters are not converting like they used to. People can see through the hype. They want real facts and a to the point sales pitch.

Nowadays, clickbank use to have lots of high converting sales-page with only 1 video. Maybe that's something you can try too .

I also think you are better going with a good standard type of site. The long page sale pitches have gotten worn out over the last few years. I would still try to keep some of the same characteristics in there (yellow highlights over text, videos, testimonials..etc)
