Long Computer hours cause TOOTH DECAY

    These are all psychologically related to our behavior because when we focus too much of our attention towards the com, then tend to forget even the most basic thing like food and water. Even my toilet frequency is also reduced :)

    Initially I thought it has something to do with harmful rays...but seems like, it's not.

    this is exactly why I have brush and floss breaks throughout the day:D

    I think saliva aides in keeping your mouth in check...hence (sugarless) gum also helps b/c it produces more saliva.
