Basic Details

I originally bought the domain in April of 2010, loaded a basic template and then essentially forgot about it. Over the last couple of weeks, I have completed the design, custom-written the articles and loaded it all together. As the domain is up for renewal, I'm offering the complete site for sale.

CMS: Wordpress, latest version.

Articles: 100% unique, custom-written by me (I am predominantly a writer) for the blog. All are at least 500 words. There is also an 'About Us' page. The articles also appear on Ezine Articles with a link back to the blog at the footer.

Google Indexed Pages: 16

Promotion: I've duplicated the articles to Ezine with the relevant backlink, but that's all. Plenty someone could do!

Age: Nearly one year old exactly.

Traffic: Assume none, due to the newness of the articles being loaded (less than a fortnight).

Income: See above.

Plugins: Featured Content Gallery, All-In-One SEO, Easy Privacy Policy, Link Within, Sitemap XML - the whole gang.

Domain: April 11th 2011.

Revenue Generation: Amazon and Adsense ads are spaced throughout the blog. There is also a Commission Junction ad. All ads are editable, and I'm willing to help with this.

Images & Design: The blog uses the 'Revolution' theme, which is easy to customise and manage. All images are from Stock Xchange and are therefore royalty free. The favicon is also royalty free, and the header logo was custom made in PS.

Pricing: Starting bid is the minimum I am willing to let the site go for; I'm happy to renew the domain and keep the site if necessary. Offers close to the BIN will be considered.

** I will send you all the possible files you could need to move the site to your own server. I do not move things myself; I just send the files. I might be able to assist if you run into difficulties; I'll try my best, but no promises!

** One month's free hosting is provided so you have plenty of time to move things around.

** I am happy to help with any issues not involved in the site move (such as customising the theme further).

** You can buy further articles from me for this site on a heavily discounted rate of $4/500 words (maximum of 20).

About Me

(As this has occasionally been asked in other auctions)

I'm predominantly a writer, and that's how I make my living. I'm native English, and this is my full time career. I like to design sites that are on subjects I'm familiar with and can produce articles I find interesting for, when I have time. I then offer these sites for sale for a much lower price than the actual articles would cost if someone were to hire me to write them, as they have been written about a subject I already find interesting and enjoy.
