London Design [review please] !!

The layout and design looks good but in firefox 3 there is an alignment
issue that should be fixed. The template is overlapping a small portion
of the text in the header.

 

The design is good

But I personally think you shouldn't add both top and bottom borders to the headings. One is enough, two is a little bit confusing for the eye.

 

Hey not bad with the design. Plain and simple but it does the trick to capture the attention.

I meant the top and bottom order of headings like "Latest News", "Subscribe", or "Welcome" . I think just either of them is enough

I agress with GaryC40, one line would be enough as two is quite eye-catching.
OR
You could make the menu text bolder, to make that stand out too.

But still, nice site, great design.

Excellent design.

One thing thought. The background image and the main content box have a very contrasting look, which isn't complementing.

So adding a texture to the main block will improve things.

 

hey nice design, but you could have fixed the background image so it will not follow when scrolled down...
but i really like it.
