    I can't believe people do this. Take a look at this site:

    Do people desire to get banned by Google, or do they think they can just cheat the system? I mean, they must, since people do this all the time. Either that, or they don't bother reading the TOS which is just as bad imo. Anyway, I'm going to guess they get banned within a few weeks. I'm not even going to report them, because I don't do that sort of thing, but I'm sure someone will.

    I would say email the site owner and warn him/her first before reporting him/her to G.

    As I said above, I'm not going to report them to Google. I posted this here out of amusement and bewilderment. I just can't understand why people would flagrantly violate the TOS, or simply not read the TOS in the first place.

    I've reported them - hopefully they will get banned.

    I encourage you all to do the same - I use Adwords and would be mightily pissed if my ad was appearing on this site.
