Yes. He broke the law. George Bush is using the National Security Agency to conduct surveillance on American citizens without the consent of any court. Not to mention that he lied to the American people to make us believe that we were under immediate threat from Iraq, when in fact, we weren't. It's my opinion that anything that any president ever says is under oath, as long as they are in the presidency. So every lie that GWB told to the American people was a violation of that oath.
sorry, but thats not illegal...furthermore, clinton did the same thing, as have many previous presidents.... here is the source http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NSA_warrantless_surveillance_controversy
Italian law might: http://www.thenation.com/doc/20070409/bazzi The congress has to rein this administration in. GB can't run around the world snatching people from wherever he wants.
see thats the common misunderstanding...people thing GWB actually is the one that does this....when in fact it is the CIA. Furthermore, where is the proof? Anyone can make allegations.
The impeachment crowd is seeking to subvert democracy. It's childish. The vote goes against them for a couple of Presidential elections and suddenly their commitment to democracy evaporates. This all resulted when the liberals took control of K-12 education. The whole damned country needs remedial civics education.
Quit the Bush bashing - its no longer cool. People tell other people Bush isn't doing a good job, and they tell other people, and so on - everyone loves a scandal.
Well, I'm not any type of constitutional law expert, but the people who prepared this are: http://www.nybooks.com/articles/18650 Just because he(GWB) is getting away with it doesn't make it legal.
She has that plate and also drive a prius, I chuckled at that. I imagine she is also a lesbian and global warming freak, but I'm just taking a wild guess...
