    I think it violates the TOS because it's a broken link/image. :)

I think it was a joke, since I cracked up. Can't take the question seriously.

I got nice idea for advertising, not for adsense or anyother, but for banner advertising.

    Cheers for that image. :)

yes but 'bringing attention to the ad which we're not to do'

isnt that the whole idea of why we place any images above adsense to bring attention to them.....lol

It's a neet animation though, I saved it for later use on something else.

    G uses the words:

"....as well as drawing any undue attention to the ads."

"Undue" is the keyword there, leaves it open to debate as to what is undue or not. As always, with anything new, set up a copy of a page of your site (like index2.html) make your changes to that and email it to G asking them if it is OK and pointing out that the page is not in the public domain.

That's what I do, and I get emails back with a yes or no within 24 hours. G are very good at replying to these sorts of emails.

I personally believe that the image would be a give-away of what you really want people to do and goes against the "made for adsense" rule which (of course) is up to interpretation as well

It's even worse than arrows, or text pointing to the ads, it has now been personified..
