Do you spot the ad? :)

This most certainly cant be allowed, its very misleading, and hase an image right next to the ad without any borders of any kind, and is presented like a normal link to another site, and even given a "Pagerank 10" and placed on top like that lol with 10 stars.

lol, that is pretty funny. I have seen some serious TOS violations but that is probably the the biggest I have seen to date.

I find Google penalise you if you are a new account owner, but is much more lenient if you have had an account for some time

you think instead of showing what wasn't allowed they would give an example of what is allowed so people would stop asking

Well, that's the reason a feedback form exists, doesn't it?

ha, they say "fast iclusion review time" on the banner above search.

what's an iclusion? sounds like a growth of some kind.

So, they will review your "protruding clump of something" posthaste.
    hmmm..... interesting.

I think problem is text just above the ads and rating given to it. they have no sense there. Rather image can be placed in left of ads like remaining links have. I don't know even it is correct or not. I have seen this many times. Also I found a plugin for placing images in left of ads for wordpress. Correct me if i am wrong.

I think if they use an image on its left .. it will have 'even' better CTR :p
