Theres 2 types of private. 1. They are on private but leave the photo album public. - the site can see these ones 2. They are on private AND set albums to private - the site does not pick this up.
Great way to get them to plug the hole spreading it around. It was used so they could check users profiles easily, but now its being spread it will be changed in a few weeks.
