Adtoll think a lot of their own website. I saw advertising for their own website and its at $11 per click. I don't think anyone will pay $11 per click to advertise on their website.
I assure you it's not a mistake. Keywords in this particular niche fetch an extremely high price. We value ads in our account area very high due to the high targeted nature of the audience. It doesn't bother us if no one books an ad, we are using the new PicText Version 2 which is currently in BETA release. The ads being served are highly relevant, pay decent for US/UK/AU/CA clicks etc...
