lol: a lot of AdWords Editors users are doing the same mistake around the world!

A lot of AdWords Editors users around the world are adding the "Max CPC" keyword accidentally to their groups.

When using AdWords to reorganize my adgroups, I noticed that you can copy and paste a group of keywords from one adgroup to another adgroup by clicking the "Add Multiple KeyWords" before Pasting.

But you need to remove the following header:

from the 1st line before pasting or it will understand that want to add the keyword "Max CPC" to your adgroup.

so after some copy/pastes I noticed that I have accidentally added "Max CPC" to some of my adgroups.

So I asked myself: am I the only one that is adding "Max CPC" keyword to accidental to his adgroup while using AdWords editor? I don't think so:

    http://www.google.com/search?num=100&adtest=on&hl=en&lr=&q=+max+cpc&btnG=Search&gl=us

a lot of advertisers are using the keyword "Max CPC" to advertise products like:

    - Vacuum Pumps
    - Metric Equipment
    - Radiator
    - Dentures
    - Loans
    - Online Poker games
    - Investiment companies
    - etc...

Thanks for info, sounds like a common mistake.

I haven't actually used AdWords Editor since installing it as I thought it needed a couple of version updates to offer the same sort of features as the website, e.g. better reporting. Looks like they might want to sort that one out pretty soon as that's bound to annoy a few people.

its is pretty advanced - I would suggest you to take a look and try AdWords Editor as there are things that are very easier to do at it.

Today I work with both: Web Interface and AdWords Editor.
