[Logo] Web design business - need critics

This is a logo for a webdesign business. I need advice on how to improve it.

1. It's suppose to symbolize an Ark or a ship. Does it look that way?
2. What do you think about the colors?
3. Does the font and spacing seem OK?

Hmmmm....Don't you like dark colours??

 

I was aiming for the rainbow colors.. and this is what i came up with .. however I feel as though something is not right with the colors ..

 

Changed the font, and played with the color and slightly the shape of the logo.

 

I like the logo that looks simple but it is attractive.

 

I like it. Its a nice logo. Maybe try it with a darker or black back ground to see how it looks. If doen't look better than this one then you can always switch back.

 

nice, but are there any reasons you picked those colours?
