You can't get a proper one for $30, as I pointed out in the other thread which has raised a debate about logo costs.

$30 is only for brushes, fonts and the techniques of the designer. You'll be paying for the technique at $30, not original graphics. An original logo.

 

There are professional logo designers that do work for twenty dollars.
I had them done few times but I want you lot to do some see what you can do.

Well, that's low and I expect the design quality to be low, too. If not, well, they're stupid charging that price in a $75+ an hour market.

Speak for yourself. I think it has something to with with *some* people who throw terrible logos on here at the odd chance that they may win, thus making the overall talent of the *real* designers included as the DP talent appear less (unless in direct comparison). I don't see how some of these designs I'm seeing by people even think they stand a chance in even a $5 contest.

But on topic, I will try to put something together later perhaps.

 

Hayes, I agree that some peoples entries are quite poor and, sorry, but I am being harsh. No point in beating round the bush. Some of them are nasty and will never win. This, overall, pushes the prices down.

If everyone wanted $100, the demand would be low. If everyone wanted £25 the demand is high. Personally, I think $40 should be the set price. Anything below this is daylight robbery for the people who do win, who's logo are of much better quality.
