    I will be glad to help. I would think that you would want to learn how to do this your self. You don't want to go passing out your ftp information to everyone. Do you not know how to do this ?

    If you don't have an ftp program go here first and download and install this in the firefox browser.
    you need to have fire fox.
    I use it all of the time and it works well. There are some instructions on the web site. It great if you are behind a firewall too.
