Hello everyone. We are looking to update the logo of our laboratory, "CARDIO-MD" It can be found at http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/org/cardiomd/ (see upper left corner) It is comprised of a 3D puffy heart that is supposed to look like a planet with a ring circling it. The ring is supposed to evoke the notion of an EKG. But it lacks depth and texture. I'm looking for someone to improve it so that it looks modern and professional. I'm also interested in replacing the ring with something that looks more like a comet or rocket ship with a large contrail, but still EKG-like. My preferred genre is "retro" or "machine age" (aka Jetsons). Contest ends Sunday Aug 28. $100 for winner, $25 for runner-up (for effort.) Thanks for looking.
