Logo tutorial

    That logo it's self is just made up from a variety of shapes built up like circles and polygons with numerous points. To achieve the tilting aspect that you talk about, if you set your logo up and then group all the layers together, go to edit - transform - and then you've got a variety of options to play with like perspective, skew etc and that should get you something like that effect
