Logo test

Hi guys, I'm currently working on a logo and trying one thing. Before I add colors and change a few details, I would like to know your thoughts about what the design actually reflects to you.

This logo is to identify a company (I've hidden the name to be sure no influence comes up).

    Thanks in advance.

The image and text is very spaced, is this on purpose?

It depends on what type of company this is for. I'm not mad about the font or at least the treatment of it, but the image is nice. Coyotito is right, they're too far apart. Could you share what industry your client is in?

I like it. Add good colors and shadows this will be a good logo.

lol - that's cute but also too empty... This logo will never have a good think about from a customer and he will never be interested about "What is standing behind it" or something ... And that's a big point that designers got to think about ;)

it all looks very generic - and i agree with the above about the text. I wasnt sure that it was spaced too much but it defintely isnt the easiest on the eye to read (and therefore absorb as a consumer). good luck with your cintinued design efforts though

Maybe if you added some colors and tried to overlap the two it would look better. Try making the text 3d by dupicatiing the layer about 20 times each time clicking 1 down 1 left then drag the first one to the top. DONE!
