    I like it. It's clean and crisp. I'm also in favor of brightening the green in the logo just a bit.

    I think it's nice but the arrow I would blend more w/ the background, hard to read for me at first.

    The mirror effect is really good, its subtle but effective. I like the 'beta' good contrasting color and it works well with the rest of your site.

    Increase the brightness of the slogan. It's hard to read as it is now. Also, I would match the color of the text beta to the exact color of the yellow in the slim bar just under the logo. That would be a nice touch. :)
