    it looks pretty good. But the background on the logo doesn't fully match the background of the header box. Maybe make the logo a PNG perhaps

    Not a big fan of the font either, it looks too childish
    The colour scheme is good. But as other said already, the branding itself doesnt look like it fits with the theme at all, it jsut looks random.

    If all I saw was the logo and the site name, I'd think it was a day spa promoting a product called "easy mud".
    It makes me think: spa, yoga, MILFs in BMW SUVs doing pilates, etc...

    I can't see anything remotely related to online auctions in the logo.

    What does the icon represent in your website? Does its convey something related to your website? You have to use an icon that will represent to what services you're offering.

    I think your logotype's shadow too dark. But i think its fonts is ok.

    Logo looks good but not that much professional, I think beside logo try to less the width of your site and it will make site good.
