The logo is not bad but I think the graphic of the man should be bigger.

Sorry, there is no contrast.

Never use big space between characters in main logo text, but you can use it in headline to get contrast.

You can check some well known companies, and you will get my point.

Here is just a preview (same fonts have been used).

Otherwise, idea is good
