Logo re-design needed

I am building a site for a friend-

He would like the logo changing. I made the one on the site now using logo creation software, but the templates to do as he requires are not in the templates.

He would like the text to be the same colour as it is now, so it needs to be blue with a silver outline with the TSB part above the ironcraft wording as here-



But he wants corner scroll patterns at each side of the wording.

I don't know how to do this and so I'm looking for someone to do it for me.

I can give an example of the corner scroll patern via pm if anyone is interested.

If you can do this please let me know the price.
