logo needed

Hello i need a logo created for my new website

i would like the logo to be transparent,

i would like it 90 x 90 pixels.

it needs half of a sun at the top, and rain drops at the bottom, with colour.

in the sun, it needs to say TY and in the bottom half with the rain drops, it needs to say TIA
