Logo Need Within 7 hours $100

We're a web application company headquartered in Southern California and satellite operations in Minnesota, UK and Germany. This logo is for an internal, pet project of ours - a fair departure from our usual client work!

Requirements:


*** NOTE *** if you use a serif font you may be eliminated immediately. Also, please do not use the phrase "Volunteer Management" in the logo. That is NOT a requirement.

The logo should be "timeless" in that whatever mark is used in association with the brand text should be able to easily stand alone. The mark and color should be easily recognizable in other media by users of the application. We're pretty open to creative ideas, but we'd like softer colors - but not too feminine. We like sans-serif faces but nothing as common as Arial or Helvetica even though we understand their versatility and classic nature.

The logo should convey truth, trust, integrity, "about people", leadership and look like a logo someone is sure they've seen somewhere before: it should look familiar.

Update: please make sure you read the requirements: no serif fonts. No script fonts. We're looking for *experienced* designers. If you're submitting serif type faces you won't get any feedback/direction. Thanks!
