Yes it is a good deal. I hope that anyone that has the cash will pay the full
20k as he needs it for surgery. Belive me all those logo's are not easy to come by. This could be the next templatemonster. But with logo's instead. The traffic is preety good too. Im sure if you did some advertiseing you could rake in 10-30k a month! Good luck all!

1. Is it 455 or 555 logos? In your first post you seem to quote both figures.

2. Where does your traffic come from at present?

3. Examine some of the linkbacks at http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=li...com&fr=FP-tab-web-t400&toggle=1&cop=&ei=UTF-8. Where did they come from - bought advertising? Something like linkvault?

4. How much have you spent on advertising?

1)Right now i have 455 logos on the website. if you want to buy it i will add another 100 logos

2)The traffic comes from MSN and google: Try to search " unique logos" i am on 3rd and 4th page.

3) I think this are from coop network ( i have some weight in my account )
but the traffic comes also from word of mouth. I have seen on one forum people talking about my website.
It will be a very fast growing website

4) there is no need to spend money on advertising. only if you want to make money very fast you can spend a few hundreds dollars to earn a few thousand. I deliver targeted traffic. i have wrote also in another post but i will do it one more time:

there are a lot of freelance websites.Make a few accounts and then reply to all webmasters which are in need of a logo.

Let's do some simple math:
on freelance websites are over 200 project per day regarding logo creation.
Let's say you 2 projects per day. and the webmaster buy a non-exclusive logo ( 39 $ ) This means that you earn minimum 78 $ per day.
but belive me . almost all webmasters are buying exclusive logos ( 107 $ )

If you sell one exclusive logo per day you can earn over 3000 $ per month.

One more time i say that 3000 is a small figure. try to thinks something around 4000- maybe 5000 $ per month if you have paypal and 2-3 hours per day to search for projects.

Plus when the website will have heavy traffic you can sell advertising ( witch can be minimum 1000 $ per month )

I'm uncomfortable about you using your linkvault weight without telling us about it. So some of your traffic can be attributed to that? And some of your IBLs? And that will all disappear soon?

The other issue is the time spent on freelance sites. I had a quick look on one or two of them. I'm not convinced I can achieve $3,000 per month by spending just one hour a day on freelance sites.

I'll tell you what I'll do. If you really need the money and really believe that the site can do what you say then maybe we can come to some arrangement. I'll pay $5,000 directly to your German doctor and you transfer the domain WHOIS to me with an unconditional guarantee that you won't use/sell any of those logos anywhere else. Hosting etc stays the same.

The deal also is that when you return after treatment YOU run the site and I'll earmark 25% of the profit for you till it totals another $6,500. Then you leave me with at least 200 new, usable logos of the same standard and we'll close the deal.

OK, I haven't thought it through fully and there may be some details we need to iron out... but roughly what I want to do is help out with your current cash crisis but without taking on the risk of a site that I'm not convinced is that easy to make a profit on.

Youve posted in a lot of places from WHT to SEDO to SP to here. That seems the best offer you've had so far.

linkvault = like co-op (you can read them as the same thing for the purpose of this thread)
