Hi all, I need to remove the background from my logo for my website www.PhotoLip.com to upload to videos and photos. I think this is vector, not sure. I need it in gif format. Please reply with your cost for this modification. I would like to get this done asap.
Unless you have the master layered file the logo will have to be recreated from scratch, do you have any idea what the name of that font used is? that would at least make it easier if you don't have a layered master file. Here's a few master file extensions to look for in your folder the original designer gave you that would be editable: .Ai / .Dpa / .Psd / .Cdr / .Eps / .Psp / .Wmf / .Svg / .Svgz / .Pdf / .Emf The most important thing no matter what, is identifying that font..
.Png is a solid raster file, Unless it was rendered from Adobe Fireworks, adobe fireworks is the only software i know of that has the ability to render a layered .png file. Others are normally flat files with no layers. Can you upload the file onto the forums so i can check it to see if it has layers please?
Looks like you already got 2 people that found the font, congrats Edited to add: Just so you know, that .Png was a single flat layer & didn't have any editable layers in adobe fireworks. however, now that you have 2 people that have the fonts, you can get a master file this time for easy future editing from them, or make sure they can give you one anyways
