DesignChampion, that's much more like what I want, but I am just not feeling the icon. I'd prefer to see it integrated with the text more and feel part of the design. Nobody else is even close to hitting the style I need.
Guys, some of you are making some really nice logo's, but they just wouldn't work or fit with the rest of the design. Please study carefully http://www.obsessedwithfilm.com/ - take note of the colours on the primary elements (blues, whites and darks) and try to only use these colours in your designs. I like how Mac Crazy has integrated the icon into the text, but it just doesn't feel unique enough. Here are some examples of cool logo's which has the icon with the text:
Hi Watari. I am really liking the icon integration, but the colour (red or yellow) should not be included. The colours must stay the same otherwise looks out of place on the whole site www.obsessedwithfilm.com - I prefer the bottom 2nd, but I am not keen on the obsessed with font. It is annoying that I can not update/edit my first post in this thread.
Just a quick note that I will not be able to provide feedback for perhaps 2 days as I have some Internet problems at home.
are you still taking new submissions? did you get my concepts via pm? thx in advance! :EDIT: just saw post above
Coolwanz your logo is our favourite so far, but the blue needs to be a bit lighter to match the navigation colour. Also, I'd like to see some of the bevel reduced on the smaller letters in Obsessed. I don't think the tagline aids the design, probably best to just remove it unless it can be integrated better. Aries, try to keep the icon inside the area, and we don't think it looks right having 'with' to the side. I do like that you have used the 'glow' as we asked but the font needs more uniqueness like coolwanz.
Thanks for the quick changes and it's looking better. But if you visit www.obsessedwithfilm.com and take a screendump then place your logo in place, you will see it's still just not quite right. I think maybe a slight gradient on the blue and getting the shiny effect like the navbar has could make your entry a winner. Is it scalable to put on t-shirts also?
