    there is lot of tools but its not give full creative to make what you exact wants .. you can use adobe tools but not free.

    Logo Ease is by far the best for standard graphics. If you are doing allot of offline marketing the freebie sites work wonders as no one is really paying any attention to the art work...

    Now if you are useing these logos online I advise you get your own created ASAP as allot of people are becomming more and more anal and turned off to individuals attempting to sell under a cookie cutter image.

    DeviantArt is home to a number of mighty fine artists who and reasonably priced. Sometimes even dirt cheep if you credit them for the work and give a few link backs.

    Be advised that in order to get any really great deals on there you need to have yourself a bit of a positive reputation/be known or contribute something of value to the community..
