    I must say its a great logo but still need some more improvement to make it perfect!

    when it comes to dark background ..like 1st image its realy good if imagin i m a visitor i will impressed and go on,,,,but when it comes to white background it seem thin look so i like it with dark background with leather look thats my opinion

    I like it, it looks quite unique, but yeah I would recolour it a bit, the red is too dark red, look at dribbble.com for some inspiration on colours, and change the font to something nicer for the text.
