Logo for new website contest - $30

I like these too. The look of the metal is more realistic than Marks. I'm trying to work out why I still prefer his. Could be the slight reflection under the 'avl'. Would be interested to see the word 'coating' in a different color too. You are a strong contender.

 

This is nice but it would be better for a rock band logo. Can't get that out of my head. There's a few on here like that.

Thanks for the entry. I like the blue but don't really like the box, 3d effects or the reverse type on this.

 

Having seen the different colours the all silver one (bottom left) looks best. I could happily use this logo on my site but also still like Mark's original offering. I've not made up my mind yet and it would be great to see a few more designs coming forward.

Actually this one doesn't shrink very well. Eventual logo size will be in the region of 250 x 150 px so the lower words are better off without a surround.
