tachyon the first one I love the text... But the icon in the back ah not so great. justineblain99 just looks too generic.
Blkstrdst you first example was far better. You made a complete 180. This one looks too clip art. getdomain4u not seeing anything unique about this, all I'm seeing is a bunch of icons that look like you taken from the internet. iDesignLogo make the flower look more like a pot leaf, and have honey dripping off the leaves?
tachyon: I really liked: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/attachments/4-png.268754/ how ever on looking into to see if your were infringing on copyrighted content, your not allowed to use it. Everybody it is important, Copyright issues matter. Also if your using stock images, typically these companies prohibit you from using them as a company brand. I'm looking for something unique & custom and in the .AI file format.
Hi, I got that image from canva template. In other words, the design on the site you mentioned must have been created in canva. Because canva respects copyrights when using its own templates. You will appreciate that it is not exactly the same image.
the canva link to it? and I see zero related cannabis content on canva. But I do see it on a bunch of other stock image places and everyone of them claim you can't use it for branding in the license file or I'd never fully own it, as in I can't file a copyright to it.
I invite you to read: https://www.canva.com/policies/extended/ and read under Prohibited uses #2: use any of the Stock Media as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark, or logo;
I have a Canva pro membership, so canva pro members do not violate any license agreement. The provisions here are valid for those who use the image in question with various license solutions.
Please direct me to where there website says this? because I've looked every license they offer specifically says this, under Prohibited uses; "use any of the Stock Media as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark, or logo;" even under the Pro membership
In the link I gave, your image is on the right, it says free for canva pro. Below are the license agreements with the statements to remove the watermark. If canva pro users were not able to use this image in any way then they would still watermark it and subject it to a license agreement. So, as a pro user, I have the right to use this image wherever I want. Edit:If you comply with the terms of permitted use in the link you provided, it means that there is no problem.
Price Free for Canva Pro users One-time use license $1.00 Remove watermark for 24 hrs for a single design. Multi-use license $10.00 Remove watermark and use in all your designs. Extended license $100.00 Multi-use plus extended printing, resale and seat rights. This right here only says Pro user can use 1 of the 3 licenses for FREE doesn't disclose that you can use it where ever you want, and how you want. An if you look at all 3 licenses, it specifically state its prohibited to be used in a logo.
