Contest Logo for a software startup - $50

Here is my concept. Let me know if you want any changes

 

Thank you everyone for amazing work and so many responses. Though it's not possible to select every one of them, here is my feedback for the ones I liked the most.

@Controlesc I actually liked that design but since it has already been declared a winner (http://99designs.com/logo-design/contests/big-red-magnet-logo-21219) and they are going to use it, so I don't really have a plan to use it.
@waiz86 If I were a rock fan, I'll definitely select that design without even looking at other designs Your second design is good too. Neat and decent.
@Dante777 your first design is simply elegant. Will you try to add a bit more appeal to it? It's like half of my friend like it for the elegance but other half don't because it's too simple.

@syahriel that's an impressive design but the metallic looks doesn't come up nice when I tried to print it on a regular A4 sheet. Though right now your logo is most favourite among the people I have shown it too, can you please try some variation in color or may be switching to purely b&w?

This is my last feedback for improvisation and after this I'll be selecting the winner. I may actually select a runner up ($20) too if the work is good.

@gamelord your design is kind of too simple.
@fkay mind blowing! If you can think of some innovative way to get White Magnet Software Pvt Ltd on the circle, it'll be amazing. With regards to the color of the circle, I think it's a bit light and should be darker or brighter.
@Razi3l too shiny and will not be as good when printed on normal A4 sheets.
@syahriel yours' is number two now. but these modifications (especially the bottom two) are definitely much better than metallic looks.

If there are no more entries, fkay is certainly a winner with syahriel being 2nd. I'll wait for another 10-12 hours, just in case anybody else comes up with something better.
