He's clearly trying to grow his post count. New account and all his posts are useless comments in the contests section.

There's a reason for this. You need a minimum of 25 posts and be a member for 14 days before you can start a thread in this section. I would like to start a logo contest as well but need to wait 2 weeks. I run a music forum and don't have such restrictions before being able to start a new topic. Also, I don't know why I would have received an infraction (Running up post count). I joined this great forum and have to wait for 2 weeks and have a minimum of 25 posts before I can start a new topic.
