Logo does not change in my Wordpress theme

I tried everything, I changed the theme and installed a plugin called Theme Logo, even though nothing changed. I hope you help me in this issue. Thank you

Open the Websites → Customizer as well as click the Website Identification area.
In the area that opens up out, click the Include Logo design switch to open up the Media Supervisor.
Post a brand-new picture, or choose one that's currently in your Media Library.
Click Set as logo design, as well as you will certainly see your logo design show up in the sneak peek home window.
Click the Save & Publish switch near the bottom right of the Customizer to turn on the logo design on your website.
