I'm looking for logo design software recommendations. Any and all are appreciated.

I've been looking at Logo Design Studio Pro by Summit Software. Anyone have any experience with it?

ilustrator can do many things... also there is many tutorial about it.. maybe you can learn it....
Corel Draw also good, but i think it is still not good as ilustrator...
that is for making vector image... but if you want to do bitmap editing you can use photoshop

    good luck :)

Adobe illustrator is best for vector drawing and logo design is the part of it .
But if we talk about color and blend effects then corel draw x5 and drawplus x4 or x3 ( serif ) are best because with Ai cs4 we cannot fill a typed text with gradient or mesh .Also Ai cs4 does not have function of gradient transparency which is must needed to create live 3d effects .

    What about imagination? :)
No program will teach you how to make a logo, you have to teach him to do the right one!

I don't know any free software... Adobe all the way.

    Good luck!

Adobe Illustrator is the industry standard software for logo design. Almost all the pofessional logo designers use it.
