Contest Logo design quick and easy

I need a logo ~457 in width ~60px in length, it can vary slightly. It should say NazMan Research LLC. Incorporated in the logo should somehow be this:

Don't like the red background on the left side. The gray molecule could look more like a person. And the typing needs to be more like the top on two lines but in more web20 font.
