I'm in need of a logo and I want something similar to this:

I'd like:
- A Crown
- A Shield
- A banner above the shield
- A banner below the shield.

- I'd like it to be Monochromatic (Black and White)

NOTES:

The Crown should say "FB Ads"
The banner above the shield should say "MMXIV"
The Banner below the shield should say "Cartel"
The design inside the shield should be a "$"

The MMXIV need to be uppercase.
