Contest Logo design for Martial Art company - $35 to winner

I am looking for a logo for a new company called Martial Arts Promotions.

They are a karate and jujitsu club running kids and family classes. They cater for both male and female students so want something that appeals to both boys and girls. Core values are discipline, self confidence and teaching self defence.

1. Logo runs for 5 days but will extend if required but will be extended if necessary.
2. No clip art/copyright images please - original designs only.
3. Logo must be suitable for web and print.
4. Winner will be paid via Paypal.
5. If no suitable logo is found, we reserve the right not to appoint a winner.

thanks, all designs sent o client for feedback. My initial thought is that the having a man doing a karate kick ion the logo is not very original. There are so many other logos like this. Still we'll see what the client thinks.

thanks for all entries so far. The client has not unfortunately seen anything yet that really excites him. He says:

I'm really looking for something that is appealing to kids to get them involved in martial arts.

Any new design ideas would be greatly welcomed.
