Contest Logo design for finance company $40

We are looking for a logo for a company called Finnegan Property Services. They are a UK based company.

This is their brief for design of the logo:

We are Chartered Surveyors, Project Managers and Architectural Design & Development Consultants. If you are buying, managing, developing, renovating, leasing or lending on property, then connect with us! Our clients include : Private Residential, Managed Residences (Mansion Blocks), Developers & Investors and Commercial & Education Establishments

The logo should include the words Finnegan Property Services with a strap line of building relationships, delivering value.

Additional points:

1.We prefer lower case although the first letter can be capital.
2. In the current stationery, you will see a ‘stamp’ or mark using only the ‘F’ (without a blue square around it). As Finnegan Property Services is quite long, we like the idea of having some sort of treatment to pull out the FPS in certain contexts (like on the letterhead)
3. We like our blue but are not wed to it. Nor are we concerned about one colour vs multi-colour and are open to ideas.
4. We like simplicity but also want to stand out.

Contest details:

1. Contest runs for 5 days (will extend if required)
2. No clipart/copyright images please - original designs only
3. Logo must be suitable for web and print
4. Winner will be paid via Paypal
5. If no suitable logo is found, we reserve the right not to appoint a winner.

looks good but perhaps a little colour would be good. Can you try the blue from the current website where the light grey portion of the square is?

some feedback from client

1. The designs are probably too long. I would like to see other options such as having the words on 2 lines (Finnegan on one and Property Services underneath) or even stacking them one on top of each other.

2. We are not worried about multi-colours (appreciate the cost is more) if something interesting and unique came to mind (please do not go too mad with colours as ity needs to look classy)

3. Please remember that the business is all about buildings, houses so it might be worth trying to incorporate this into the logo.

4. Quite like the fonts in lulian m and sgdesigns' logos (up to date but not overpowering)

Some feedback from client

Fonts are okay on logo-001 (lulian m) & logo-002 (sgdesigns first design). Logo-003 font is too thin (purepurple). Colours in logo-002 best of all three although we don;t necessarily have to stick with these colours. We want something that is classy but stands out. Not afraid of multiple colours. Plerase bear in mind that we are in the property business and would be nice to maybe see that reflected somehow in the image (without being too blatant).
