    Hi,
To be honest... This design is really bad, I think you should let a professional do it for you :/ I am a graphic designer and I see that you used clip arts and didn't created vectors.

I agree....The background & font you used in the main section can be a bit polished & professional.

The design itself is very good.

I'll try naming a few places you need to retouch.

-The negative spaces of the letters (meaning the loops they create) need a tad contrast when the shadows overlap. As it is, it looks unpolished.
How you can do that is by photoshoping just a bit of white around the letter's borders.

-The shade isn't really needed inside. If you see most logos, they tend to be graphic, in other words, flat. Not sculptural. But if you trully want to keep the shadow inside, think of the distance the shadow will run. As you've placed the shadows, it needs to widen around the edges of the image.
Another thing to notice is that the red polka need to have a higher chroma when shadows hits them. Just by a few degrees hotter. (Notice, not brighter. They need to be more red.) It will create the effect of jumping to the eye.
I would suggest you place a horizontal shade, rather than e veritcal one. ><

-Do not keep the black arrows. They need to be gone. I feel them instinctively as an error as soon as I lay my eyes upon it.

And last but not least, do a filter effect or something around the whole image, so everything "fits" together. You need harmony in the work.
