Logo Design Contest - Quick $30 to the winner

Hi everyone,

Your logo should...
1) Follow the same color scheme as our website.
2) Be visible against the white/gray background of the header.
3) Be in png format.
4) Not copy the current logo on our site.

Please submit original work for our review. If we do not select a logo from the submissions, we will award a $15 prize to the best overall design.

hanidesigns - The text is ok, but not sure about the symbol. It isn't exactly what we are looking for.
simplyg123 - This is a good attempt. The text and color scheme is good, but the symbol needs some work.
joshuawest - This is a little too basic for our taste.
dseer - We really like this design. It incorporates an "ask" bubble and uses easy to read text. Would it be possible to see the blue changed to red? (Please keep the blue logo too. Not sure which color we will like.)
crowquill - I like the text but it needs to be more eye catching.
mitcharr - This is a nice design, but we do not have a "U" in favor. Also, the text will need to change.
matafixer - Text is ok but the blurred question mark does not work for us.
A-Q/mimico - Your text and symbol is not what we are looking for.
