Contest Logo design contest new website $35 to winner

I am looking for a logo for a new website called:

Wheel Days Out

This a blog website about days out for accesible days out for those in a wheelchair. It will provide different accesible routes for wheelchair users. It will include sections on days out, pub reviews, wild foraging and al fresco eating.
From the client:

Perhaps the designer could incorporate the arm rests and handles from the wheelchair of the disabled chef logo (see attached) onto the Devon badge (see attached) and have images of the sea, moors etc in the 4 pie sections. Probably keep the green black (ugh) colour scheme on the border scheme for unity. Could then have Wheel days out round the top of the circle followed by (new strapline) - Exploring accessible devon to complete the circle.

This is just one idea thouigh and we would like to see a variety of designs.

The logo contest runs for 5 days but will be extended if required
No clip art/copyright images please - original designs only
The logo must be suitable for web and print
The winner will be paid $35 via PayPal
If no suitable logo is found, we reserve the right not to appoint a winner

CXan you add the strap line Exploring Accessible Devon in the bottom half opf the circle and seprate the top wording and the strapline with a couple of sperators (stars or something similar).

Sorry, one more thing. Where you have the stars seperating the wording, could you possibly try and replicate the attached flower image and use that instead.
