Contest Logo Design Contest - $40 (possibly $50)

Hello all. Hope everyone is well. We have done multiple logo contests in the past and have a good reputation for paying quickly when the right design has been submitted. New Design request/contest.

Assisting/Working on a new site for a friend's son.

Concept/Site Name - Planet Coleman
Will be a video heavy site with youtube page tie in and additional written editorial.
Will be site/blog, youtube page,

Looking for an original character style logo that possibly incorporates the following elements:
- caricature inspired by the pictures below of "coleman"
- planet
- site name
- colors: predominantly blue, black, splash/highlight of red maybe.
- no clip art
- cool, hip, dashing, edgy, fun
* Please note that we are wide open to your thoughts/input/or changes to the few suggestions above.

Winner design must provide the following:
- High Res layered psd Photoshop file
- Any/all original font files used
- Will pay $40 via paypal (our account is verified/confirmed). Will pay $50 for the perfect design that blows us away completely.

We reserve the right to keep the contest open until we find the right design, but our hope is to have a winner picked by Friday 2/19 if not prior.

@weird - thank you but unfortunately none of those are getting our group excited. really appreciate the submissions. greatly appreciated.

@irah - thank you. we like the head on your entry, but not the body. The head (face, hair, etc) is cool and edgy, but the rest (body, hands, feet) seems much less developed/finished. Also not a fan of the font used. Positive feedback on the head so far. Think bolder. This has to be a cool logo so when his friends see it they don't make fun of him - it is cool, current, edgy.
