LOGO Design Contest: $40 - 48hrs

I need a modern looking logo, this is for a software company, it has to be modern, clean, crisp, neat, powerful brand looking and simple. Winner will be paid via Paypal.

Concept of the design:
Light bulb is a symbol of new ideas, using a modern energy saving bulb conveys "Modern New Ideas".
Next, the joining hands represent business agreement of two individuals. So overall the message of the icon is to show, modern two new ideas combined together.

Attached is a energy saving bulb that I want to emulate as my concept, but with some variations, here are the details.
Requirements:
1. top part of the bulb, I want that to look like two strong hands joining, as if two men are teaming up by holding hands.
2. currently there are 4 circular coils of the bulb, just reduce it to 3.
3. Final native file should be in Vector format (ai or eps) but for mockups you can send it in png or jpg.
4. Colors: any combinations with blue is fine, I let you recommend the best combination.

Yes I see, that is a very good start, but the joining of hands looks a little cartoonish, if you can make that nice clean and crisp then I would like to see it.
Also can you consider reducing the height of the base then add some colors, remember this is for a logo, it needs to have some creative flare to it. thanks
