Need a logo for a company called Last Chance to Pay

This is a new company that will be listing people who owe money to others. I sort of debtor list. We have no website yet and no specific ideas about how the logo should look.

1. Logo runs for 5 days (will extend if required)
2. No clipart/copyright images please - original designs only
3. Logo must be suitable for web and print
4. Winner will be paid via Paypal
5. If no suitable logo is found, we reserve the right not to appoint a winner

Hi, here are my entries. The letter "C" in red color symbolizes alarm and/or last chance. Red color symbolizes a threat or warning. I'd like to hear what you think about it.

Thanks for entries so far. I'll get client feedback asap but from my point of view DenisaFrisk's entry is the best so far. Quite creative although not sure about the font.

Jim - I like the idea about a warning but they seem a bit basic
